Insurance Account Handler

We are looking for a team member with previous office and customer service experience to join one of the top UK Independent Insurance firms. Full training provided. Set within smaller and personable office with a welcoming team. You will gain specialist knowledge and a 'foot in the door' of the insurance industry career ladder.
Duties include:

• Liaising with new and existing customers via multiple communication avenues (telephone,email and online chat)
• Arranging appointments with customers for renewal appointments with the Advisors
• Renewal Preparation Administration
• Processing Mid-Term Adjustments
• Supporting Account Executives with administration and system updates.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Office experience
• Stable employment background
• Positive outlook and open mindedness
