Insurance Account Handler - ONSITE WORKING

Our client, a leading insurer, are recruiting for an Account Handler to join the team on a contract basis as their offices in Romford.

Must be able to work on site 5 days per week

Skills:

• Accuracy and attention to detail, and able to process work quickly and efficiently
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good negotiation and broking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others
• Ability to gather and analyse information from the client and responding appropriately to an individual client's level of understanding
• Experience working with commercial products within the insurance industry

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Insurance (desirable)

Requirements:

• Some insurance background is required
• Ideally within commercial motor
• Acturis is the broking system, its not essential but helpful if there is prior experience
• Essential the person is methodical in their work approach, highly organised and has good customers service skill
• Need to be very comfortable on the telephone
• Prior experience in Account Handler roles
