Insurance Account Handler - ONSITE WORKING
Our client, a leading insurer, are recruiting for an Account Handler to join the team on a contract basis as their offices in Romford.
Must be able to work on site 5 days per week
Skills:
- Accuracy and attention to detail, and able to process work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good negotiation and broking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to gather and analyse information from the client and responding appropriately to an individual client's level of understanding
- Experience working with commercial products within the insurance industry
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Insurance (desirable)
Requirements:
- Some insurance background is required
- Ideally within commercial motor
- Acturis is the broking system, its not essential but helpful if there is prior experience
- Essential the person is methodical in their work approach, highly organised and has good customers service skill
- Need to be very comfortable on the telephone
- Prior experience in Account Handler roles
