Insurance Account Handler
CASALI Recruitment Ltd are working closely with an Insurance company who are rapidly expanding. We are seeking someone to join their office in Chippenham as an Account Handler.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person, to develop and expand their career within the Insurance Industry or for someone looking for a career change.
We are looking for someone to join their team to provide administration assistance to one of their local directors and the team.
The Role
Account handling for an experienced Account Executive
Providing administrative support and dealing with clients on the phone and by e-mail.
Acting as the first point of contact you will need to build good relationships with our clients and Insurers.
The successful candidate must have:
- Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of the Insurance Industry, however we would consider someone looking to change career from a financial/administration background.
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade A-C to include English & Maths.
- Computer literate with experience of MS office applications.
- Team Player, to able to work well with your colleagues, bringing new ideas and initiatives to the team.
- Honesty and integrity are an important part of your role.
- Good communication skills and customer service experience is essential, we require someone who is confident when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Good administration and communication skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Acturis experience would be desirable
