In this pivotal support role, you’ll be the backbone of an experienced Underwriting team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include efficiently processing renewal and new business documentation, engaging with clients and brokers via telephone and email, handling the printing and dispatch of policy documents, creating renewal packs, and maintaining spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proficiency in navigating computer systems and possess a quick adaptability to new technologies. It is crucial to have proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Previous experience in a similar insurance-related role is highly desirable; however, if you have administrative experience in another industry, we encourage you to apply, as this position allows the hiring team to focus on transferable skills. While a ‘CIP qualification’ is a plus, we strongly encourage all applicants to pursue this certification upon joining.
At first, you’ll be fully based in the office environment 5 days a week for the first one to three months, providing you with the ecessary foundation. Subsequently, the business embraces a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility and work-life balance.
