- Quoting and closing brand-new business enquiries
- Building and maintaining long-standing relationships with clients
- Dealing with amendments to existing policies
- Identifying cross selling and upselling opportunities
- Working towards personal and team targets
Key Skills and Experience of an Insurance Advisor:
- Experience in both a sales environment and the insurance industry is essential
- Excellent rapport-building skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
