- Negotiate terms and manage our group insurance contracts efficiently.
- Handle all aspects of insurance administration, from policy documentation to invoicing and adjustments.
- Provide reliable insurance advice for special projects as needed.
- Oversee the claims process, ensuring smooth and fair settlements.
- Analyse claims data to identify trends and suggest ways to manage risks better.
- Contribute to the development of your team, helping them grow with the business.
What You'll Need:
- Solid experience in the insurance industry, ready to hit the ground running.
- A good understanding of insurance principles, gained through experience or professional qualifications (e.g., CII or IRM).
- The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within and outside the company.
Nice to Have:
- Skill in simplifying complex insurance terms for everyone to understand.
- Confidence in presenting to senior management.
- Experience in managing commercial insurance programs.
- Knowledge of Alternative Risk Transfer mechanisms like Captives.
- A track record of influencing key decision-makers.
