SalaryThis National Broker requires experienced Broker Support to handle a portfolio of clients.
Dealing with all aspects of clients' insurance requirements including renewals, mid-term adjustments, accounting procedures, producing documentation and all general enquiries.
Any enquiries from client, insurers etc to be resolved professionally and promptly.
Good communication with the broking team relating to client requests, translating this to slip detail and preparing MRC slips to market requirements,
Preparation of broker insurance documentation including cover notes, debit notes, premium adjustments etc.
Provide cover for the preparation and processing of policy documentation that meets Market Reform requirements.
Assist with the maintenance of the policy register and the handling of enquiries from Xchanging regarding policy matters.
Providing technical and administrative support to the broking team.
