Insurance Claims Team Leader

Are you experienced within Insurance? Seeking a Team Leader role? Look no further!

Our client market-leading claims services is recruiting for a Team Leader for their team in Diss.

The Role:

As a Team Leader, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients who are making claims in the event of road traffic accidents.

Dealing with all aspects of new claims, you will manage communications with clients, the responsible party, their insurers, solicitors and various other parties involved in the process.

You will also utilise case management system to follow up on any outstanding issues, such as witness reports and third-party details.

Additionally, You will

Sell services to clients and any associated parties
Arrange the delivery of credit hire vehicles
Provide a general administrative service
Act as key holder for opening and closing the office at the start and end of a shift

About You

To be considered as a Team Leader, you will need:

Experience within FNOL
Excellent communication skills
