For this particular Insurance Consultant position you do not need previous industry experience. We are looking for someone BUBBLY, AMBITIOUS and a passion for people. You would have strong customer service skills, previous experience in sales or business development would be and advantage, especially if in a call center environement. You should have basic maths skills and be able to learn about the company’s products and talk about these confidently over the phone, along with a desire to provide outstanding service and ambition to embrace new challenges
