They are currently seeking a renewals and Customer Service agent with a Customer-First Mindset who prioritises customer satisfaction and delivers first-class service with a keen Attention to Detail and Multitasking Abilities. They would like a strong Team Player, and who is Solution-Oriented in facing challenges.
As a Customer Service and Insurance Renewal Advisor, you will:

• Engage with customers to address their insurance policy queries, make mid-term adjustments, and facilitate policy renewals.
• Meet and exceed performance, service, and productivity targets.
• Provide a high-quality service that exceeds our customers' expectations.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve common objectives.

Experience:
Experience within a motor Insurance Customer Service and/or renewal environment is desired.
