Huntswood is looking for Insurance Complaint Handlers with experience of handling complex insurance claims complaints to support our client on a rapidly expanding project, working from home.
Start Date: 15th April 2024
Day Rate: £155 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Working from home
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

What Huntswood is looking for:
- Experience of handling Insurance Complaints is essential
- End-to-end complaint handling experience including bespoke Final Response Letters
- Excellent telephony skills
- A positive and flexible attitude
- The ability to maintain a high standard of work with a strong attention to detail, working on your own
- Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection>
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
As an Insurance Complaint Handler, you will resolving complex Insurance Complaints from receipt to resolution. This will involve receiving, investigating, and resolving the complaints, speaking with customers and resolving complaints in writing.
