Position: Customer Service/Resolutions/Scheduler
Location: Knowsley
Hours: 40 hours - with paid lunch 8-4 9-5 10-6 (potential shift patterns) with some Saturday morning working on a rota
Salary: £24,440 weekly pay, 28 days holiday p/a
Contract: Permanent opportunity - immediate starts - full training
My client is currently in a period of growth and due to obtaining further contracts are seeking Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time role and is based in Knowsley offering the right candidate a temporary to permanent opportunity.
About the role:
- Inbound calls relating to the products and services on offer within the building sector
- Scheduling appointments using booking system for a quantity surveyor report.
- Liaison with engineers/technicians/surveyors re booked or scheduled appointments and noting any customer requirements etc.
- Basic Administration duties including sending email/letter confirmation to customers following booking of appointments.
- Dealing with complaints from customers and resolving the issues in hand
Skills and Requirements:
- Telephone call handling essential
- Basic office administration
- MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook essential
- Excellent communication skills and capable of explaining technical service over the phone to all types of people
- Working on own initiative
