Are you a pro at handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction? Join their team as a Complaints Handler at this vibrant finance firm in the heart of Liverpool!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and log all incoming complaints, ensuring adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Complaints and Quality Assurance Officer and Team Manager to guarantee a seamless complaint resolution process.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including dealer/broker partners, customers, field staff, and third-party finance partners, facilitating thorough investigations into raised complaints.
- Supply necessary information for comprehensive reports supporting investigations and proposed final responses to the appropriate teams.
- Identify and report operational risks uncovered during the complaints handling process to the compliance team.
Job Benefits
- Basic salary up to £26,000 based on experience
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Mondays and Fridays from the comfort of your home
- Benefits: 25 days holiday, annual bonus
- Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 17:30, Fridays 09:00 - 17:00
Ideal Candidate:
- We're looking for someone with prior experience in complaints handling
- Experience of working in financial services is highly desirable
- Ideally you will be dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You'll need to commute to our Liverpool office for in-person workdays, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
