We are seeking an Insurance Executive Manager to provide strategic oversight and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain client relations, and lead a team of professionals. Day to Day of the Role:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.
- Ensure all company practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, providing high-quality service.
- Lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss margins.
- Assess and mitigate risks to protect company and client assets.
- Identify new business opportunities, including potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Track and analyse performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Professional certification in insurance or risk management is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of insurance laws, regulations, and policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial analysis and budget management.
