Insurance Pricing Actuary

We have partnered with a leading Lloyd's syndicate to find them a Insurance Pricing Actuary. The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be to support all areas of Pricing, with future opportunities to work with other Actuarial functions across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for any Actuarial Analyst looking to advance their career with the option of mentoring junior members of the team. The role includes but is not limited to:

• Leading the development and deployment of pricing models to ensure they comply with the firms Technical Pricing Framework and Pricing Policy
• Developing a strong relationship and help develop other members of the Technical Pricing team, Underwriters, and teams under the Director of Underwriting Performance
• Be the primary support to underwriters in actuarial and technical issues, including case pricing, renewal monitoring, expected loss cost calculations and business planning, challenging where appropriate
• Scope to liaise with other functions within the company such as Catastrophe Modelling and their IT colleagues in Pricing Modelling Development when required
