SalaryWe are representing an insurance business in Brighton who are looking for an Insurance Advisor to join them on a permanent basis with exciting growth plans in place which will create further opportunities for the right people!
This is a high volume based role with a good return on commission and a real career prospect.
With a basic salary of 25,000 and uncapped commission, you can earn will within this role with the OTE sitting at around 40,000+ realistically. Some are earning 50,000+!
This roles operating hours are between 09:00 - 18:00 on a shift pattern between these hours with no weekends!
Duties and responsibilities:
Following up on customer enquiries & advising on products and suitable insurance packages
Providing information about new, existing services
Building rapport and relationships over the phone
High outbound calling due to the amount of warm leads they get through
Making sure KPI's are being met
Re -engaging with lapsed customers and upsell solutions
This role will require experience within financial services and within a sales role to be successful.
