SalaryOur client is an international law firm looking to continue growing its Insurance & Reinsurance Group. They are looking to hire a Senior Associate with at least 6 years' PQE into the London team.
Key areas of work include:
- wide ranging professional indemnity disputes (particularly defending claims against finance professionals, solicitors, insurance brokers and construction professionals);
- financial lines, W&I, marine, reinsurance and cyber risks;
- complex policy coverage matters, and;
- insurance advisory (including drafting and advising on binding authority agreements, claims handling agreements, service agreements and TOBAs).
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an enviable client base, including many of the leading insurers and major brokers.
Further, the successful individual will have acquired at least 6 years' PQE at a City, insurance, major regional or leading international firm with strong experience handling clients in major insurance undertakings.
Our client is particularly interested in individuals with experience of defending claims against lawyers.
