Following significant investment into Children and Young People Services, we have further resourced our teams and enhanced our services for children in need of care and support.
This includes the development of a dedicated Intake Team, for which we require a committed and able manager with the relevant experience and skills to oversee safeguarding decision making at the front door together with the effective operation of a duty and assessment service.
To be successful, you will know what good practice looks like and be experienced in delivering excellent outcomes for children, Young People and their families. You will be able to manage risk confidently and promote strong partnerships across a range of multi-agency partners. A commitment to relationship based practice will be essential both in supporting the operational team and promoting relationships with those we support in our community.

About the role
Pay Details: Grade 11 SCP 40 - 43 £46549 - £49590 p.a. + £5000 enhancement
Salary on appointment will depend upon qualification and experience as determined by the appointing officer.
An annual £5,000 enhancement is paid for this post.
