To be a specialist in and provide expert technical advice across the following areas: 1. The use of Integration technologies, methodologies and standards to provide integration between HSC systems including: a. Message brokers b. Structured messaging c. Extract transform and Load toolsets d. Web services 2. The use of integration toolsets in relation to the provision of Data Warehouse services and the processes and approaches used to design, develop, test, implement and support effective on-going use of data warehousing. 3. Application of quality systems such as ISO9001:2008 ticket and ISO 20000 to ICT Systems Development and Support 4. Active management of third-party application providers and co-located contractors in relation to integration. 5. Leading on strategic planning for the implementation of ICT services relating to Integration through project management of Integration projects. 6. Input to developing, testing, and implementing Business Continuity plans for all BSO Integration ICT services and systems. 7. Contributing to the management of the delivery of services relating to the Integration functions of the BSO ICT including: a. Business and Financial planning for Integration services b. Development and maintenance of Risk Registers for Integration services c. Management of Controls Assurance for Integration services d. Documentation and business standards for Integration services e. Management of Service Level Agreements for all Integration services 8.Providing support and working collaboratively with HSCB to identify information system requirements in relation to integration..
