My client, a global financial services business based near GREENWICH STATION is seeking an INTERIM ACCOUNTS MANAGER for a short-term temporary role whilst the current incumbent goes on a short sabbatical.
Please note the ideal candidate will have recent knowledge of QUICKBOOKS and be prepare to work in the office 3 days out of five.
THE ROLE
- Reconciliation of Sales invoicing (done by sales team) on the CRM system (Zoho).
- Automated transfer of sales invoices from Zoho to QB
- Sales Ledger review and minor credit control processes.
- Auto feed of bank account statements into QB - 15 live current accounts (£, Euro, US$,PLN) - all bank account posting and reconciliation to bank statements (some auto-matching possible)
- Transactions with the Exchanges via third party broker. Accounting for all purchases of credits/allowances from the exchange and funding of purchases from relevant bank accounts recorded on brokerage statements.
- Input of monthly broker statement onto QB.
- Recording of all purchase invoices (overheads and purchases of allowances from other traders).
- Recording of expense claims (some help available on this)
- Preparation of payment runs.
- Calculation of monthly commissions
- VAT returns
THE IDEAL PERSON
- Will have experience of managing the finances for a SME business
- Experience in Quickbooks
