Essential Requirements for the Assistant General Manager Role:

• Proven senior operator experience within the industry.
• Knowledge and experience spanning both branded and independent establishments.
• A background in fresh food and bar operations is indispensable.
• A strong emphasis on people management and financial acumen.
• Driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
• A history of working in the London/Manchester market is crucial.
• Experience in high-volume settings, exceeding £100,000 in turnover.
• Demonstrated track record in quality operations that prioritise a strong people-centric culture and well-being.
• Leadership of big teams 80 plus
