Form of workA highly reputable law firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy property team in London. The ideal candidate will with 2 years + Residential Conveyancing experience and able to hit the ground running.
Applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and those qualified by experience will be considered.
Duties will include:
- Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
- Effectively maintain the firm’s case management system.
- Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.
- Conduct legal research where appropriate.
Desired skills:
- Fee earning experience essential within Residential Conveyancing. At least 2 years PQE.
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
- Professional and proactive approach.
