Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Residential Conveyancer, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage a caseload of residential property transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Handle a variety of residential property transactions from initiation to completion.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence in residential conveyancing.
