This position is for an Interim Building Surveyor who is proficient in managing building maintenance and construction projects within the Not for Profit and Charities sector. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality repairs and voids work for a well respected North West based housing provider.

Description
- Oversee building maintenance and construction projects.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all property-related activities.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on building inspections.
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals.
- Manage budgets and project timelines.
- Identify and address property-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all property-related activities.
- Contribute to the overall property strategy of the organisation.
Profile
A successful Interim Building Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Building Surveying or related field.
- Proven experience in property management and building surveying.
- Knowledge of building, construction, and property regulation and law.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Job Offer
- An approximate salary range of £27.00 - £33.00 per hour.
