Interim Capital Delivery Project Manager

A London Borough are currently looking to recurit an Interim Capital Delivery Project Manger, who has experience in development / capital / change to service Delivery Projects.

Role

• Can lead multi-disciplinary project teams to complete capital/development projects to enable changes to the clients service delivery models.
• Experience of commissioning and managing consultants, design teams and contractors (or overseeing teams that do) in the development and delivery of capital / development cycle through the whole (RIBA) lifecycle
• Experienced Project Manager with a track record of successful delivery of development / capital / change to service Delivery Projects in a complex environment following rigorous PPM processes
• Experience in the development of robust Business Cases and benefits management processes throughout a project lifecycle

The role is Hybrid working with 1-2 days onsite.
