Interim Cfo

We are recruiting an interim CFO to join a market leading B2B professional services group during a period of considerable change starting asap.

Working alongside the COO reporting into the CEO, the role is responsible for driving strategic financial insights and decision-making, overseeing and optimising financial reporting systems and processes, managing and developing a best-in-class Finance team, and interacting with a range of external stakeholders.

You must have a solid background in transformation within PE backed businesses with an emphasis on dealing with banks and credit insurers. Experience of scaling a PE backed B2B business (facilities, logistics, manufacturing or similar) is extremely advantageous. It is critical that you are an experienced interim manager with demonstrable experience gained in PE environments.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance function in the Business.
• Contribute to increasing overall profitability and provide advice on financial implications of business activities.
• Support the CEO in implementing strategic growth ambitions as an operator and implementor.
• Act as a supportive and critical partner to the CEO and investors; pro-actively contribute as a key member of the executive management team and of the Board.
• Work closely with other functions to provide financial and other general managerial input where appropriate, and ensure accuracy in forecasting/planning.
