Interim Chief Financial Officer

Location: Warwickshire

Duration: 6 months

Rate: £1250/1500 per day

I have an immediate requirement for an Interim CFO to join a private equity-backed manufacturing business based in Warwickshire to support through a period of significant change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the finance team, fostering a culture of growth and constant improvement.
• Oversee and optimize cash flow, implementing strategies to drive improvements and ensuring robust associated reporting.
• Overhaul the monthly reporting cycle to deliver timely and actionable management information.
• Ownership and improvement of treasury.
• Present financial data clearly and confidently at board meetings, ensuring a no-surprise policy with full ownership and clarity of the numbers.
• Drive business partnering through multiple sites.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full accountancy qualification.
• Significant experience of being number one in finance partnering at board level.
• Demonstrable experience of adding value in a challenging, change environment.
• Experience of hands-on working capital improvements in a complex business.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to the board.
