The Interim Legal Consultant- Corporate position will involve the following tasks:
- Oversee all corporate projects and transactions
- Support with M&A activities
- Assist with the sale of business entities
- Work with senior team members to advise on risk and strategy
- Supervising a junior team members
Profile
The successful candidate candidate for the Interim Legal Consultant- Corporate will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Highly experienced at supporting with corporate transactions
- Experience of working with mergers and acquisitions
- Have excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Job Offer
This is a Temporary position for 9-12 months.
Remote working is available with occasional travel to the office.
