The Interim Director of HR Operations is a key leadership role. Based Oxford/London this position requires a strategic thinker, with a strong people-focused approach and a real depth in Employee Relations, HR Operations and HR Systems. 6-12 months FTC.

Description
- Report into the HR Director & manage a global team
- Partner with executive leadership team and other key senior stakeholders in the business to fully understand their key business drivers and to build their understanding of and commitment to the ER strategy
- Manage the Union and Work council relationships, ensuring appropriate engagement and representation
- Overseeing the business wide management of Performance Plans and building continuous improvement processes to support global high performance
- Define, develop, review, update and maintain HR business policies, processes, and systems to meet legislative requirements, reduce operational risk and meet HR best practice standards
- Help deliver the success of utilising the new HR System
Profile
A successful Interim Director of People Operations should have:
- Global HR Operations leadership experience with HR Generalist experience ideally
- Management of a global team
- M&A activity
- Depth of Employee Relations knowledge
- Experience of building and maintaining effective and collaborative working relationships with Trade Unions.
- Experience of working at senior levels to drive HR policy and process.
- Able to start in April
