Oakleaf Partnership is representing a highly reputable international investment Bank for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Consultant. They are looking for a strategic thinker on an interim basis, to design, roll out and integrate comprehensive DE&I strategies, fostering an inclusive culture within a dynamic financial institution.

What is the role:

You will be instrumental in analysing the current organisational climate, identifying areas for enhancement, and developing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the Bank. The role demands a hands-on approach to implement strategies, monitor progress, and report on outcomes, ensuring the bank’s commitment to DE&I is not only upheld but celebrated. Skills & Experience:

• Experienced in DE&I strategy development and implementation within Financial Services or Professional Services
• Strong analytical skills to assess policies and practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience in change management and organisational development
• Ability to measure, interpret, and report on DE&I metrics
• Knowledge of current DE&I best practices and legal frameworks
