My client, a down-to-earth and close-knit plc organisation based in Wilmslow is currently seeking an experienced and professional Interim Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO, CFO, and UK MD during a crucial period on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
This will be a full-time office-based role, with free parking on-site.
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience working within a plc environment, be immediately available, and be someone happy to get their sleeves rolled up and get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and UK MD.
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Act as a gatekeeper, handling communications and requests, ensuring efficient flow of information.
Board Level Experience:
- Utilise previous Board level experience to navigate and contribute effectively to executive-level discussions and initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of Board materials and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
Organisational Support:
- Support the executives in special projects and initiatives.
- Manage and prioritise tasks to ensure efficient use of executive time.
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and conferences.
Plc Experience (preferred):
- Possess a strong understanding of plc operations and governance structures.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards for plc organisations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally within a plc organisation.
- Previous Board-level experience is essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary is up to £40,000 per annum (DOE).
