Description
- Lead, manage and inspire a high performing finance team.
- Develop strategic financial partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure robust financial systems and processes are in place.
- Provide expert financial advice to the board and senior leadership team.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and budgeting.
- Oversee preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure financial compliance with regulatory requirements.
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Professional finance or accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role within a multi-site/ not-for-profit environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Job Offer
