Job Description
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals
- Providing financial analysis and insights to inform decision-making
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Managing relationships with C-Suite level stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Supporting business improvement initiatives
- Coordinating with other departments to optimize financial performance
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:
- A solid background in accounting and finance with significant PQE.
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A professional accounting qualification
- Knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources sector
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
