Our client, a leading Housing Association requires a2 Interim Finance Business Partners to provide a comprehensive management accounting service across property repairs, maintenance and central services.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant and will have previously demonstrated the ability to Business Partner with relevant functions.

Day to day duties:

• Responsibility for the planning and delivery of activities; month end process
• Producing monthly management accounts with detailed commentary
• Assisting Head of Departments with decision making processes
• Providing regular forecasts for expected outturns
• Producing annual budgets for periodic reviews with budget holders
• Maintaining the chart of accounts
• Producing income and expenditure and balance sheet notes

Essential experience:

• Ideally qualified or Finalist CCAB
• Experience of working in a large organisation in the property/construction sector
• Strong written and oral communication and Business Partnering skills

Desirable experience:

• Practical knowledge of property asset management and project accounting
