Interim Finance Business Partner
Our client, a leading Housing Association requires a2 Interim Finance Business Partners to provide a comprehensive management accounting service across property repairs, maintenance and central services.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant and will have previously demonstrated the ability to Business Partner with relevant functions.
Day to day duties:
- Responsibility for the planning and delivery of activities; month end process
- Producing monthly management accounts with detailed commentary
- Assisting Head of Departments with decision making processes
- Providing regular forecasts for expected outturns
- Producing annual budgets for periodic reviews with budget holders
- Maintaining the chart of accounts
- Producing income and expenditure and balance sheet notes
Essential experience:
- Ideally qualified or Finalist CCAB
- Experience of working in a large organisation in the property/construction sector
- Strong written and oral communication and Business Partnering skills
Desirable experience:
- Practical knowledge of property asset management and project accounting
