Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manufacturing Finance Business Partner to join the Finance department on a Contract basis in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.
Ensure strong financial understanding throughout the business and all financial oversight of our manufacturing facilities.
Job role:
- Be the key Finance point of contact for manufacturing/facilities managers.
- Prepare budgets and quarterly forecasts for manufacturing facilities.
- Manage cost reconciliations for manufacturing set up CAPEX and OPEX budgets, challenging cashflow forecasts for those budgets.
- Support the accounting and reporting for the manufacturing arm of the business, including contributing to month end close review and processing journals where required.
- Reviewing KPIs to analyse production performance and produce recommendations.
- Own the business model for manufacturing and product business cases.
- Manage and review assumptions for business cases, ensuring sensitivities to market changes are understood.
Hybrid working, 2-3 days per week are required on site near Oxford. Parking is available.

Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
Essential:
- Qualified with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accountant qualification.
- Experience working within a similar Business Partnering role.
- Experience setting up CAPEX and OPEX budgets
- Intermediate MS Excel at a minimum with desire to develop skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, ability to present to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with multiple departments.
- UK Right to Work
- Able to attend the office near Kidlington/ Oxford 2-3 days per week.
Desirable:
- Experience working in manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
