Interim Finance Business Partner

Robert Walters - Interim Finance Business Partner - 6-9 months FTC - Staffordshire (3 days on Site)

Our client, is looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner to ensure a smooth relationship between Group Strategy, Finance and the Leisure area of the business. You will support the Executive Management Team as well as other key sales and delivery staff.

This role reports into the Director of FP&A.

Location: Staffordshire (3 days on Site)
Contract hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £70,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Interim Finance Business Partner

* Participating in the process of establishing new business to support growth (in a finance capacity)
* Identifying areas of cost and revenue synergies to positively streamline the business and maximise returns and helping with their realisation
* Ensure an appropriate mechanism, to identify risks and subsequently work with different stakeholders to help mitigate these
* Ownership of the financial planning processes and presentation of changes and variances to latest current company financial plan
* Understanding the business case for any capital expenditure both tangible and intangible and ensuring the necessary policies are followed

Key essentials of the Interim Finance Business Partner
* Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
* Strong commercial acumen, including demonstrable experience of personally driving material growth
* Proactive and solution focused with high attention to detail
