Join a dynamic team on an interim basis, to oversee year-end processes and lead a small team, for a UK charity making a large impact on many lives. This 6 month role will see the charity through year end and audit.

The Role
- Lead on year-end processes, ensuring compliance with SORP standards
- Manage and mentor a small finance team, providing guidance and support
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
- Liaise with external auditors and respond to queries
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures
- Must possess extensive experience in finance management, including SORP year-end expertise.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively are essential.
- Able to demonstrate a proactive approach and the capability to navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence.
