Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting our Harrietsham based client who are currently looking for a Finance Manager to support and manage the finance function on an temporary basis to cover long term sickness.
The ideal Finance Manager would need to be able to show experience with the following:
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Full Management accounts and reporting
- Forecasting cashflow and reconciling bank statements
- Forecasting cash flow alongside ensuring sufficient funds for the business
- Reconciling nominal ledger accounts and posting adjusting entries
- Preparing and issuing debtor and creditor reports and ensuring timely collections and payments
- Providing payroll information and liaising with the payroll provider
- Supervising a finance assistant and providing guidance and support
- Completing monthly VAT returns and submitting them to HMRC
