Interim Finance Manager

Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking for an interim Finance Manager for a successful and growing SME based in Worthing, West Sussex offering 3 days working from home and a flexible and supportive working environment. Availability to start within the next few weeks is essential, and the contract will run for 3-4 months.

Reporting to and working closely with the Financial Accounting Team Manager, the candidate must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with strong technical financial accounting skills, coupled with Microsoft Dynamics experience.

This role, which is likely to fall inside IR35, partners with the Manager in controlling the financial activities of the business to include month end and year end close, leading the audit process, balance sheet management and sales & purchase ledger control. The role requires the individual to build strong internal relationships and be proactive in supplying robust and concise financial information, as well as being comfortable to present financial results to the business. Experience of implementing a new finance system is a distinct advantage.
