Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting an exciting business in their recruitment of a Finance Transformation Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a growing business that has recently gone through a period of change.

This role will be an interim contract lasting up to 6 months.

Reporting to the CFO the Finance Transformation Consultant will:

• Develop a strategic plan and business plan around transformation.
• Look to automate and streamline processes across finance, including the P2P and OTC functions.
• Engaging the finance team and supporting them with the changes and ensuring the finance function has a CI focus.
• Look at driving efficiencies across the department and building a robust finance team for the future.
• Supporting with the implementation of a new finance system and leading training sessions with various stakeholders.

You will be/have:

• Have experience of driving change in a previous project where they have reengineered business processes.
• Experience of working in a large and complex environment.
• Have a positive outlook and be able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience of identifying, sourcing and implementing a new finance system.
• A positive mind set with experience of being able to achieve key deliverables in a tight timeframe.
