Form of workMarks Sattin are working with a market leading, multi-million-pound turnover business based in Hull to support in their search for an experienced finance professional to join their Newly Created team.
You will be joining this business on a contract basis for a period of 6 Months, with the potential of a temporary to permanent route too. Based in Hull on a hybrid basis, this role will fall Inside IR35, with a daily rate of £300 - £350 per day.
This is a fabulous opportunity for a candidate with a strong commercial acumen to join a growing business, as you will be supporting the Senior Leadership Team in building their new FP&A function.
Within the role, you will expect to be involved in:
- Working with Finance Control and Business Partnering teams to implement new budgeting, forecasting, monthly rolling forecast process reporting.
- Participate in strategic business projects.
- Identify, define & document continuous improvement & process improvement opportunities.
- Support the Business Performance team and Cost Centre Budget holders in the tracking of KPIs.
- Ownership of the cost centre Budget and Forecasting, working with the Budget holders directly.
- Working closely between Finance and the Data team to ensure consistency and efficiency of reporting and analysis.
- Develop ad hoc reports and analysis for Cost Centre Budget Holders as necessary.
