Lead, manage, and develop the Procurement function and team.Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives.Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders for new menu launchesDrive strong relationships with suppliers – food, beverages and services.Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company competitive.Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
