Interim HR Business Partner

Due to absence in the team, we are currently looking for an interim HR Business Partner to join our vibrant and dynamic team in a remote home-based position!
As an HR Business Partner, you will be involve dealing with a range of employee relations and change activities which include consultations, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management as well as advising and guiding managers through our policies, best practice and legislation. You will provide invaluable guidance on HR matters such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and TUPE. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will address HR challenges with innovative solutions, drive employee engagement initiatives, and use HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
Hours of Work: Full-time: 37 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Willing to consider flexibility with working hours.

Contract type: Fixed term - 3-month contract
HR Business Partner Requirements:
* Previous experience as a HR Officer/Business Partner and CIPD Level 5 (desirable Level 7)
* Proven ability to support a full employee lifecycle and interpret HR policies
* Experience in TUPE and supporting operational decision-making
* A mix of commercial and charity or public sector experience
* Excellent communication skills and a flexible and adaptable approach

* Competitive salary of �40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Benefits pro-rata
