An Interim HR Manager to:
Oversee all aspects of HR in the full employee lifecycle, including: recruitment, performance management, career development, employee relations and complianceDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresLead all recruitment activity for the organisation and manage the process from writing job descriptions through to interviews and onboardingEnsure compliance checks are made for all staffProvide guidance and advice to all employees on a range of HR mattersPrepare monthly payroll, working closely with finance Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesSupport current and future business needsDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisationOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughoutProfile
