Job Description
Interim HR Services Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and design the HR Shared Services function from the ground up.
- Streamline and manage transactional HR processes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of HR professionals.
