We are looking for an immediately available interim HR Business Partner to join our client for 6 months.
You will work closely with the senior management and operational directors to deliver people and business plans that align with their strategy and vision.
You will also lead and manage complex ER matters, change initiatives, TUPE transfers, and other HR projects.
As a HR Business Partner, you will have:
- Up to date TUPE experience and strong experience managing complex ER cases
- A proven track record of delivering strategic HR solutions in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and best practice
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
