The opportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented communications professional to shape Internal Communications that connect, engage, inspire, and inform our staff and students at Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts, part of University of the Arts London (UAL). As the Internal Communications Coordinator, you'll contribute to the realisation of our vision and strategic objectives, shaping the brand identity of our three Colleges. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse community of staff and students, covering everything from strategy and news to policies and procedures and ensuring messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels and that the reputation of the Colleges is protected and enhanced. The role involves collaborating closely with senior staff and academics to develop a compelling narrative that helps staff understand their crucial role in enhancing the overall student experience. About youEducated to degree level, you’ll bring valuable experience in overseeing communication channels, including the establishment and management of various platforms. Your skill set should include content creation, writing, proofing, and editing across different mediums. Ideally, you are familiar with UAL systems such as Mailchimp, Squiz Matrix, App Space, Canvas, and Workflow, or have experience with similar Internal Communications and intranet platforms.
