Elevation HR are delighted to be working closely with one of Sheffield's largest employers looking to recruit an Interim Learning and Development Advisor. This is a 9-12 month plus, fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave and offers a great opportunity to work within a prestigious and supportive organisation.
As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will be reporting into the L&D Manager to ensure the successful implementation of people development plans and strategies, to lead in evolving and changing cultures, design and deliver face to face Learning and training activities and implementing a variety of interventions linked to the organisation’s people strategy.

Further duties & responsibilities of the Learning and Development Advisor will include: 

  • Work closely with People Experience Business Partners to understand emerging People Development requirements and propose solutions to meet those needs
  • Lead supplier relationships with meetings to discuss services and/or progress made and provide feedback and drive improvement where necessary
  • Proactively suggest ideas for progression and enhancement aligned to understanding  strategy and People Development needs
  • Support the implementation of relevant Learning and Development modules of the HR system
  • The successful candidate will have experience implementing and delivering training and learning & development strategies, as well as using data analysis to inform decision making and forward planning around Learning and Development strategy. A CIPD qualification is desirable however not essential depending on experience. Exposure of working within complex, sizeable organisations would also be beneficial
