Interim Management Accountant

Established in the early 1990s, this East Midlands organisation is recruiting an interim Management Accountant.

Offices are based in north Nottingham and offer hybrid (one day from home). This role is an exciting assignment to support the finance team in a rapidly evolving environment.

You can:

• Prepare and presenting accurate financial reports and statements
• Conducti variance analysis and identifying key financial trends
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices
• Collaborate with various departments to support business decisions

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA) are highly desirable
