SalaryYou will support the Deputy Head of Finance in completing the process for the month end close, including accurate input of general ledger entries to ensure that all revenue and capital entries are correctly reflected in Agresso (the entity’s financial system). This will include reviewing existing data sources and month end processes and helping to put in place measures to improve the month-end close in terms of accuracy and timeliness.
Provide support to the Deputy Head of Finance in managing the entries to the Fixed Asset Register on a monthly basis, including the calculation of monthly depreciation, and to ensure that the Fixed Asset Register is maintained accurately in terms of additions and disposals.
To undertake any other responsibilities in support of the aims and objectives of the Finance Department, including year-end planning and production of appropriate audit working papers and the production of ad-hoc financial analysis.
